Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all lessons purchased from Natürlich German.
Validity of Purchased Lessons

All lessons are valid for one year from the date of payment.

All lessons must be scheduled and completed within this one-year period.

Any unused lessons expire after one year and cannot be refunded or transferred.
Payment

Payment for all lessons and lesson bundles is required in advance.
Booking & Scheduling

Lessons can be booked up to 16 hours in advance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours in advance will be charged in full.

No-shows are charged in full.
Late Arrival

If a student arrives late, the lesson continues until the scheduled end time.

Being late is not a problem as long as I receive a message informing me that you are still coming.

If no message is received, I will wait 15 minutes. After that, the lesson is marked as a no-show and is fully charged.
Refunds
-
All purchased lessons are non-refundable.

This includes unused lessons and expired lessons.
